«Colored Lenses: Life among Others» is an exhibition project, aimed at understanding ideas and practices of multiculturalism in Ukraine.

Exhibition realized as part of the “Cultural Mosaics of the City” project.
The Contemporary Ukraine Studies Program (CUSP) of the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies (CIUS), University of Alberta, in partnership with the Karazin Kharkiv National University and YermilovCenter
have united efforts to revisit the idea of multiculturalism in Ukrainian urban spaces, while consider multiple meanings of multiculturalism (a signifier of demographic diversity, a political philosophy of equality, a set of policies, or a public discourse). The project has two components – a scholarly investigation (conference and publication) and an artistic one (online and offline contemporary art exhibition, artist talks, etc.)
